As a Cellar Cellar Club member, you will receive 5 special releases per year and will also have the first option to purchase future releases. Our Wine Pick-Up parties traditionally occur in February, April, June, September, and November. See our Events page for upcoming release party dates.     If you choose to have your wine shipped, an adult signature is required and a business address is recommended. If you prefer to pick up your wine, you may do so however any wine that has not been claimed for 45 days after the date that the credit card on file has been charged will be shipped to the address on file. Cancellations and order preferences must be received 30 days before releases are processed - two e-mail reminders will be sent to you. Credit cards will be securely stored in your member profile and charged on the processing date of each shipment - this charge which will happen after you have received the two e-mail reminders is non-refundable.
  • Can I Skip a Club Release?

    We allow our members to skip up to 2 shipments in a 12-month period. If you would like to skip your release, please contact our membership department for assistance. 
  • Returns and Cancellations

    We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.

    We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
  • Cellar Club Cancellations

    All club cancellations MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club release. You will receive an e-mail reminder the month prior to your shipment prompting you to update your wine club information.

    Given the limited quantities of wine set aside, especially for our Cellar Club Members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.
